When Scott was a boy growing up in Anchorage, Alaska, United States, his father, USAF Major Christopher Summers, takes the family for a flight in their de Havilland Mosquito. It comes under attack by an alien Shi’ar spaceship. As the plane goes down in flames, Scott’s parents fasten him and his younger brother Alex into a parachute and push them off the plane, in hopes that they would survive. Unfortunately, the parachute catches fire and Scott strikes his head upon landing. This causes brain damage to Scott, which is supposedly responsible for his inability to control his optic blasts, as well as prolonged amnesia about his childhood. Parts of his memory return when he is unexpectedly attacked by D’Spayre while on a leave of absence after Jean Grey’s death. ^[2]

Powers & History: “The Spike” had the ability to generate razor sharp bone spurs from any part of his body, which he can fire off at high speeds as deadly projectiles. He took a very “Black First” attitude, and had severe issues with the Anarchist, whom he called “Captain Coconut” (black on the outside, white on the inside). Though he was nominated to be part of X-Force, Anarchist voted him down over Lacuna, fearing he would die next if a “younger brother” came into the team. U-Go Girl then had Spike guest-star when she guest-hosted “Larry King Live,” which ended in Lacuna’s rejection of membership in X-Force. Spike then became the defacto new member, and was been a thorn in Anarchist’s side ever since. The rivarly between the two got dangerously out of hand, as the two men competed with each other in battle, to the point of endangering their other teammates with their antics.

 M. Bison, head of the evil Shadoloo organisation, is determined to rule the world. Capcom introduced him in the arcade game Street Fighter II released in 1991. Bison is empowered with teleporting abilities as he excellently masters the Psycho Power fighting technique with blue energy. Originally called Vega in Japan, BIson’s name was changed to M.Bison in the West.

Bison has a translucent power blast coming from his right fist. He has a hand containing set of fists, and another with grappling hands. His alternate head is composed of a big open mouth.
